The technical/technological expertise of our engineers is the mainstay of the company. We may justifiably claim that, whatever the problem, be it the upgrade of existing brewhouses, expansion projects, heat recovery concepts or complete brewery plants, we can always provide the right solution. As brewers and technologists we mainly have practical applications in mind.
Today, new ideas and approaches do not exclusively come from renowned universities, but – based on practical technical/technological applications – increasingly from industrial research and development. Many new developments were indeed initiated by us. Thus numerous international patents do not only protect our technological advantage, but also provide our customers with a clear competitive edge. In cooperation with national and international institutes, Huppmann could establish a number of pioneering technical and technological innovations.
