We recommend using Westfalia separators for beer fining as well as green beer filtering, depending on the recipe being used. When using kieselguhr-free filtration, separators also ensure a defined initial turbidity. They permit the cross-flow membranes to be adapted exactly to suit the beer type and filtration properties. It is also possible to retrieve beer from fresh yeast sediment in a quality that is suitable for direct processing.
