Optimized for the immediate production of quality products
With our commissioning brewmasters and automation specialists, on site worldwide, we put small systems as well as complete breweries into operation. As soon as the equipment has been installed we follow up with the final inspection, which is done by a team of experts. First a signal check then a wet run. All the required performance parameters are controlled. After the first water brew comes the cleaning and finally the first "real" brew. With this first brew we normally reach over 90 % of the performance values. We have set this objective as our standard. After the final fine tuning and flavour match optimisation we integrate the new plant into the production process and increase the performance within a short time to reach the guaranteed capacity. During this phase we carefully train the brewery operators. Only when everything is 100 % complete, we hand over the plant to the customer who is then responsible for his own production.
The beginning of a long relationship
Our service offerings naturally do not end with commissioning. In fact it only begins at this point with an extensive after-sales service. After all, we want to assist you also in decisive phases - the documentation or the daily operation of the plant. At the start we offer our clients the possibility to have their personnel trained in all aspects necessary to guarantee the successful operation of the brewery. After that we are available at any time to meet your needs, with information on technical and technological innovations or on site maintenance. We offer tailor made maintenance contracts. Upon request, we can inspect your brewing plant at regular intervals. During such an inspection we carry out a survey of the technical and process aspects with the aim to optimize plant utilization and production output where possible. This service is offered to breweries worldwide.
Documented safety
In most countries it is required by supervising authorities to present a corresponding documentation of the brewing facility, along with all plant components: continually and systematically designated and graphically precisely edited. Just like for the technical documentation of individual plant components we also take the necessary steps for complete breweries, in order to comply with all legal requirements.
